Sr. Valuation Analyst (hybrid)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Valuation Analyst located in Pittsburgh, PA.

What You’ll Do

As a Sr. Valuation Analyst, you’ll assist the department director with all aspects of fair valuation of fund portfolio holdings used to calculate the funds’ daily net asset values (NAVs) in accordance with SEC guidelines and regulations.  You will work with Investment Management, Fund Accounting Service Providers (FASPs), Valuation Committee and other business units to ensure compliance with valuation-related policies and procedures. 

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field
• 5 years of business experience; 3 years’ experience in the mutual fund industry is preferred.
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks at once, often requiring short time frames for resolution.
• Demonstrate decision making, problem solving and analytical skills with particular attention given to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of Excel and Word, excellent math and analytical skills.
• Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work as a member of a team.
