The Senior Project Manager is responsible for project administration and for providing overall project leadership to the Project Team, including the Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Engineer and other jobsite staff in the execution of their duties. Responsibilities may relate to one or more projects. The Senior Project Manager shall anticipate and manage project-related issues. The Senior Project Manager shall involve Company senior management to assist in resolving project-related issues as necessary. The Senior Project Manager may also market Company capabilities to potential customers and perform other business development activities as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.) Accountability — The Senior Project Manager is responsible and accountable for project profitability, project completion per the contract schedule, and client relationships.
2.) Building and Maintaining Relationships — The Senior Project Manager shall establish and maintain effective and good working relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project team members. The Senior Project Manager is the primary point of contact for all construction-related activities on project (e.g., labor unions, public, public agencies, design team, owner, subcontractors, etc.)

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Administration staff as appropriate for each project.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager on large, complex, or specialized projects. Demonstration of managerial abilities, excellent communication skills, and refined business judgment. Excellent understanding of Enterprise software, budget/commitment differentiation, cost control techniques, and cost projection procedures. Knowledge of Vista/ViewPoint or ProCore a plus.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Educational and experience requirements include: 4 year engineering or business degree or equivalent-related experience, plus extensive (fifteen or more years) experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required.
