Position Details:

• Title: Sprayer Operator
• Location: Staunton, Virginia, and surrounding areas
• Salary: Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Accurately apply fertilizer and chemicals per blend sheet instructions.
• Ensure precise application and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Ability to work extended hours during the busy season.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Assist with inventory management, daily operations, product deliveries, and customer service.
• Perform agronomy sales or equipment maintenance and repairs during the off-season.
• Focus crops include corn, soybeans, wheat, and alfalfa.
