Preparations for another New England winter are underway for a premier landscape company in North Central CT!
 

Mountain View Landscapes is accepting applications for our 2020-2021 Winter Snow Team Members, responsible for snow removal services in Manchester, CT, and the surrounding communities. Many of our clients provide important services including to senior living communities, this allows them access to food, health care and medications. Our teams make all workplaces safe and accessible for employees, residents, consumers, and emergency services. Being part of our team helps us help our communities.

We will contact you back over the next month (October - November) to discuss details and  get your paperwork completed in preparation of winter.

A Snow Team Member is responsible for clearing snow from areas at commercial properties. You may be asked to operate snow removal equipment, depending on your experience and licensing. You must be willing to work all winter storms throughout the season. We give as much notice as possible of incoming winter weather. When it snows, you have work!

There is strong potential for career advancement for new Snow Team Members who work the full winter season to be added to our 2021 regular landscape season. We look for a positive attitude and willingness to get the job done safely, as well as impeccable reliability at all winter events. Job Requirements:

- A Valid Driver's License from your state of residency maybe a requirement depending on the position.

- Must have Reliable Transportation which includes the ability to report to your assigned location ON TIME, which may be any time of the day or night.

- Must be available 24/7 during storms.

- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.

- Must be able to work safely and dress appropriately for the elements.

- Must be able to work all storms, from start to finish.

- Must be able to work long hours in extreme conditions.
