SMT Line Operator

• Set up, operate and maintain the following SMT Line equipment: Solder Printers (MPM, DEK), Pick N Place equipment (Fuji, Samsung, Universal) and Reflow Ovens (Heller) as per work instructions and maintenance schedules
• Maintain SMT Lines performance through effective organization of workstations, defect prevention strategies and on time equipment maintenance
• Verify parts and their feeder pick up locations and placements with updated MO and BOM’s prior to full production
• Meet daily production Quantity & Quality requirements
• Perform cursory inspection on part placement quality as per set quality standards
• Provide support to other SMT Line operation as required
• Communicate and cooperate with in-process inspectors regarding part change or placement defects reduction strategies
• Participate in team quality improvement meetings
• Troubleshoot equipment in an effective and efficient manner as per work instructions to reduce equipment down time

Perform daily clean-up of workstations and equipment to optimize process performance
