Shopify VA

We are looking for a rockstar to help manage our Shopify store and make changes to the website and our products list.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
 

• Update the Shopify store to keep it up to date with our product listings in other channels.
• Using content (like images and copies) from our Amazon store then updating the Shopify listings.
• Adding extra images and videos to the Shopify listings.
• Making other changes and updates to the Shopify listings.
• Managing the apps on the Shopify store. This includes adding new apps, making updates to the existing apps, adding app widgets to the websites.
• Other tasks including order management and other general maintenance.

Who We Are Looking For:
 

• Can document all the daily activities into a set of documents (like an SOP).
• Can create great looking and complete listings on Shopify
• With experience in managing website apps and themes.
• Have perfect English (both oral and written)
• Significant experience in using Shopify and managing Shopify stores.
• Can follow instructions but can also adapt the work and improvement on our current processes and procedures.
