Shipping/Receiving Customer Service Representative

This family-owned company prides itself on providing the best customer service in their industry and has continued to grow through referrals from satisfied clients! They are currently looking to add a Shipping/Receiving Customer Service Representative to their team!

This temp-to-hire position offers full time hours and weekly pay!

Shipping/Receiving Customer Service Representative duties include:

• Greeting customers and answering product related questions
• Entering customer orders on proprietary system
• Booking appointments and preparing invoices for customers
• Checking conditions of products before being shipped

Qualifications for this Shipping/Receiving Customer Service Representative:

• 1+ year of customer service
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong ability to pay attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently

Pay: $18/hour, DOE

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 8am -5pm (with one weekday off)
• Saturday: 9am - 1pm
• Sunday: Closed

Location: Fremont area, with free parking!
