Sheet metal Mechanic

Key Job Responsibilities                                                                                                                                             

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings detailing HVAC duct fittings.
• Provide assistance to the construction lead and foremen as needed on the job.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC construction products and tools.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by management; i.e.;
  • Ability to measure, cut, bend, and form metal components to precise shapes and fasten to a finished product
  • Must be able to use nuts, bolts, screws, clips and/or welding or soldering metals as required.
  • Ability to transport, join and fasten parts to wall, floors or ceilings using metal hangers.
  • Ability to complete sheet metal layouts and fabrications, good mechanical skills.
