SharePoint/Web Developer We have an immediate opportunity for a Lead Website Developer to join our talented Professional Services Team in support of a Federal client in Rockville, MD. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, support for this position will be primarily onsite in Rockville, MD, with regular face-to-face client meetings in Washington, DC. Additional support activities may be performed at the offices of the Contractor as necessary and/or appropriate. Responsibilities: Design, develop, configure, deploy custom and SharePoint 2019 WSP solutions
Produce customize SharePoint pages using the standard SharePoint User Interface or SharePoint Designer
Create, deploy, maintain, and support SharePoint2019 reports
Analyze requirements and develop software solutions as well as Software and Database Development work
Knowledge and understanding of Technical vulnerability analysis to include web application scanning and network/host-based scanning to validate system readiness for ATO, IATT and ad-hoc scanning
Participate in solution design and concept visualization, create user interface mockups, prototypes and demo solutions to stakeholders
Consult with customers on SharePoint requirements, constraints, and best practices Communicate across the enterprise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Work with partners and teams in a professional, responsive, and technical competent manner Qualifications
Requirements/Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience as a SharePoint Developer
Preferred certifications with SharePoint Development
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Solid understanding of Windows SharePoint Services and other web development experiences will be required to implement high quality, scalable and effective SharePoint solutions to support various organizational requirements
Proficient in SharePoint 2016 or newer and application development environment with MS SQL Server backend
Experience building/maintaining Data Access Layer solutions using Entity Framework Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory authentication and group security as it applies to SharePoint
Experience with REST API development
Strong leadership, as well as oral and written communication skills, are required
Developed problem-solving and analytical abilities
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation & communication skills in both oral and written form Ability to work effectively with technical and functional team members and Federal government clients
Knowledge of Federal Government website standards and compliance (including 508 Compliance)
