Job Description:

End to End implementation of Change management.
Created a Unified data model for all data from different services to be loaded into cmdb of Service-Now.
Created Data Sources from various external applications, scripts to parse incoming data and transform into Service Now.
Mapping and loading of data we get to be into cmdb tables already present which fall under defined hierarchy and creating custom tables extending base CMDB tables and defining proper relationships between them.
Configured CAB workbench for the CAB managers to view and manage change requests.

Created different business rules, UI policies, Client scripts, UI actions, UI pages, ACLs to customize and enhance change, knowledge applications
