Service Specialist

A Service Specialist will perform a variety of pest control related services at commercial facilities in the Tinton Falls Service area.
 

Alliance’s Service Specialist are the front line of our pest management team. Your role will be to provide clients ranging from education, retail, restaurant or food distribution facilities with nationally certified pest control solutions. Alliance believes in an Integrated Pest Management approach to pest control and that means you’re just as much an investigator as a service technician by reporting pest conducive conditions. With Alliance you’ll be trained to provide our clients with a smarter approach to pest control utilizing the latest industry knowledge and technology.

I spent most of my life working first in retail and then in corporate retail sales for one of the largest telecommunications companies in the U.S. My career was progressing, and I continued to move up the corporate ladder. Then an opportunity presented itself to begin a new career with Alliance Pest Services. I came in as a Senior Account Manager, developed into a Vice President of Operations and in 2018 assumed a role as Chief Operating Officer.
 

For me, working for Alliance has been a lifestyle change. Yes, hard work is required but with Alliance that effort and hard work has been both rewarded and rewarding. I can on each day learn something new within the industry, develop new strategies and have a direct impact on the company.
