Rental Equipment Service manager
Minimum 5 years rental equipment Mechanic with progression to service manager
Minimum 3-5 years regional service manager
Will oversee service and parts department, and 8 technicians.
Must have strong organizational, people, process and client service skills as well as motivating and mentoring skills to train up strong efficient techs. Will work with budget, scheduling service, handling paper work and client complaints as well as employment reviews and warranty.
