Server / Wait Staff

Full service restaurant is looking for experienced wait staff

We are a formal Pan-Asian Pescatarian concept in need of a friendly, organized, and efficient server to join our team. If you have a love for creative, unique food and providing customer service with utmost professionalism, we want you to work in tandem with our top-notch servers and chefs to deliver the best possible dining experience in Highland Park. Our goal is to provide our customers with consistently prompt and pleasant service while dining at our restaurant. We are looking for both part and full time employees.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers warmly
• Establish professional relationship with guests
• Provide enthusiastic advice about ordering
• Record customer orders and input them to the POS (Aldelo)
• Remain attentive and take care of all customer needs
• Work together with other servers and kitchen staff to ensure prompt delivery of all food and drinks
• Maintain cleanliness of all public areas
• Maintain cleanliness of personal appearance at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous wait staff experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient under pressure
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Enthusiasm for good food that is easily expressed to customers
• Observant and attendant to all customer needs
• Impeccable manners and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time / Part Time

Salary: $11.00 to $22.00 /hour

Closed on Fridays
