Senior Web / UI Developer

Summary:

The Sr. Full-Stack Developer develops, maintains and supports medium to large enterprise applications. This is a hands-on position and is part of a team working in a rapidly changing environment on complex applications for sports marketing, machine learning, and AI.

We are transforming the global business of sports sponsorship through DeepSport,™ our proprietary AI-enabled advanced analytics and decision-making platform. While the corporate headquarters are in New York, NY,  this is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with and support product management to analyze changing needs, form solutions, and deliver quality and cost-effective results
• Work flexibly within team and with other teams to launch and iterate flagship web application, solve known problems and discover and pursue transformations of opportunities to reduce cost, complexity, and risk
• Adapt to changing needs, domains, technologies and programming languages
• Apply technology to automate or transform tasks from high cost and high touch to low cost and low effort
• Solve, develop and support with high standards.
• Perform development integration and system testing to ensure delivery of defect free code
• Ensure the development efforts are within the estimated time and delivered as scheduled
• Follow development processes and policies and engage with technical community to continuously improve the effectiveness of the team
• Coordinate with business analysts to understand the functional and technical requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven ability to learn new information and apply it to new domains and products
• 5+ years of experience in Angular 2.x+, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• 2+ years of experience in one of the following languages" C#.NET, Java, Python
• 2+ years of experience in an enterprise application container or framework (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Strong understanding of web-based applications and web services – including AJAX, REST and SOAP
• 3+ years of experience with SQL on Postgres, MySQL, or other relational databases
• Familiarity with source control systems and management practices – GIT, Bitbucket, SVN
• Familiarity with Node.js, Maven, and other build and deploy technologies
• Experience with micro services and AWS cloud services and deployment is a plus

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science

Selected to join the world's largest sports accelerator, we have impressed investors during our

Those who join the team prior to the Company's expected successful multimillion dollar raise will be entitled to all financial and material benefits granted only to SportsBiz's Founding Partners.
