MUST RESIDE IN TERRITORY: KS, MO, OK, TX, IL, IA, NE, ND, SD, MN

Federated Hermes, Inc., one of the nation’s largest investment managers with over $757.6 Billion in managed assets has an exciting opportunity available immediately for a Senior Retirement Consultant to successfully promote Federated Hermes’ products to clients in a multi-state territory. 

 Duties include:

• Call on retirement advisors, plan sponsors and insurance clients to position Federated Hermes’ investment products.
• Communicate Federated Hermes’ investment philosophy, process, strategies and performance to prospective clients.
• Work with sales representatives and stakeholders to position Federated products.
• Position the firm’s investment solutions and management style utilizing a consultative process during group presentations, one-on-one presentations and industry/association conferences.
• Coordinate team, agenda and materials necessary for all presentations.
• Develop marketing programs for clients to increase assets.
• Provide management with written and oral feedback on discussions with clients and prospects.
• Coordinate internal support to further the sales process, i.e., Requests for Proposals, final presentations, customized sales and marketing materials, quarterly and annual client reviews, etc.

Specifications:

• Bachelor degree in business related field required
• Minimum 5 years of external sales experience or 5 years of sales support in the retirement channel required
• Knowledge of financial markets required
• In-depth knowledge of retirement and insurance products required
• In-depth knowledge of Federated Hermes’ financial products preferred
• Must possess/immediately obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
