Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

If you've got a talent for keeping your team members organized and on task, we may have the right opportunity for you as a project manager. We are looking for someone who can keep our most important projects running efficiently. You will do this by analyzing the budget, overseeing various steps of the project and working together with the company leaders. You will work closely with many different departments in our organization to ensure that the project runs on schedule. Your job begins with the project plan and continues through the various stages of its completion. Once the project has been completed, you will see the exciting impact that your contribution has on the organization.

Job Responsibilities Job Skills & Qualifications

• Leads key activities including workflow assessment, workflow optimization, roll-out planning, developing training plans, change management, and other supports as needed.
• Provide support deploying ERP system.
• Coordinates internal end user team to complete Data Migration, validation, training and successful implementation.
• Develops and maintains expertise on all ERP solutions.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate project management tools.
• Leading all aspects of implementation. 

• 3-5 years of ERP software system implementation and project management experience. 
• Microsoft Lifecycles and Azure DevOps experience. 
• Microsoft Dynamics AX & D365 F&O implementations. 
•  Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Team player, with strong interpersonal skills, and skilled in developing collaborative relationships.
• Self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, and proactive in completing responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Remote & hybrid - 25% travel.
