Senior Java Developer (Backend Cloud)

Interview:

First Round: Zoom interview. Conceptual knowledge interview asking algorithm Qs and some coding Qs
Final Interview: Hands on coding + problem solving with tech leads. Will be expected to write code and run it on the test. This will be a screen share.

Job Description:

This is the Sam's Club Membership Team - this team hold owner ship of the tech platform that drives all tech within Sam's. Current macro goal is to convert this platform to cloud using Azure.
Membership Desk Project - Large kiosk in the Sam's store that people can sign up for/ upgrade membership status. This is a mobile and tablet build.
Returns kiosk and desk - Mobile app

Required Skills:

• Extensive Spring Boot Experience
• Bonus would be any Reactive Programming
• Should have experience on a cloud platform and NoSQL databases.
• Going to be using Azure and CosmosDB but open to AWS and Mongo or Cassandra.
• CICS Services on the backend and converting that to Micro-services architecture.
• Any experience moving an application to micro-services would be a huge bonus.
