Automotive Application Engineering for a leading Global Liquid Crystal Display manufacturer. Will be responsible for working with various Tier 1 customers to help address technical questions regarding new and existing designs and help resolve and close any issues that may arise at their manufacturing locations. The majority of customers are located in the Detroit area with occasional travel to Mexico and Brazil.
This individual should be someone with experience in providing excellent customer service and problem resolution.
Engineering degree required
5+ years Experience working as a Technical Liaison in the automotive industry
Ability to read Schematics and CAD Drawuings
Strong Technical and Analytical skills
Strong written and verbal skills
Ability to handle customers professionally during all interfaces
Critical thinking and strong problem solving skills are required
