Job Description:

As a Seed Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing seed sales and supporting the success of your team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agronomy sales and a willingness to travel extensively to visit team members in different territories. Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of seed sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and expand market share.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and new technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in retail agronomy sales.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to different territories.
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of seed products, agronomic practices, and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year + Bonus
 

Location: Aberdeen and Sioux Falls, SD
