SEC Reporting Manager

Active CPA needed for large Memphis, TN corporation.  Big 4 CPA  with 2-4 years of prior SEC Reporting experience is required.  

This position will be responsible for the preparation and review of various external financial reporting documents which include SEC filings, miscellaneous GAAP reports, and regulatory reports. In addition, this position will have a key role in the research of complex accounting issues as well as the monitoring of new accounting guidance updates as they pertain to disclosures and financial reporting.
