School Nurse (After School/Part-Time)

School Nurse for an after-school program for which we enroll up to 100 students per school at nine schools in the Haverhill Public Schools district. We have always had enough HPS nurses who have applied to work after school, but we only recently received one nurse applicant this year. We may need up to 6 nurses for our after-school program. 

Requirements include:

• Preferred paid experience as a registered nurse in a recognized public school or public health agency.
• Registration as a nurse under the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
• Knowledge of present-day public health nursing practice, including its underlying principles and techniques.
