GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Sanitation Lead will oversee sanitation in compliance with regulatory standards. This Sanitation Lead will be responsible for ensuring proper sanitation is achieved and required documentation is completed. During production operation hours, the Sanitation Lead will also be responsible for completing various quality assurance tasks. The Sanitation Lead will also be responsible for overseeing employees and ensuring those employees are properly completing task and training employees in proper cleaning methods and chemical usage.
