SUMMARY:
This position is an entry-level Salesforce Administrator for the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, a $12 million not-for-profit organization. This position assists in the administration, implementation, performance, and ongoing development of our Salesforce database and applications, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. Additionally, this position supports the organization with technical consultation in collaboration with end-users and external technology vendors and analyzes and implements new features.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Should possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university; at least three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must have the ability to communicate with all levels of an organization; Fluency in English
REASONING ABILITY:
Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
The physical demands are sitting for a significant portion of the workday. This role involves frequent use of a keyboard, mouse, and operating a computer and peripherals. This role may require occasional lifting and/or moving objects up to 25 pounds. The typical work environment is a standard office setting, which can be either in a traditional office space, or a hybrid blend of office and remote work.
