Menards in Franklin is looking for “Sales” Team Members!

Looking to fill positions as soon as possible!
 

As a "Sales Team Member" you will be responsible for the following tasks:
 

-Helping every guest with their shopping experience

-Stocking our shelves with the products we sell

-Maintaining a presentable department for our guests to shop

Suitable candidates require:

-Ability and confidence to approach guests who need help in the store

-Ability to work in a team environment and reliability to work on independent tasks too

-Ability to lift a verity of weight for stocking purposes

-Ability to display a positive and friendly attitude on the sales floor

-Confidence to work and be trained on computer programs

-Ability to work morning and night shifts. (Store is open 6:30AM to 10:00PM)

-Willingness to become trained with product knowledge about home improvement products.
