Within a few months, you will be a trained sales professional for exterior home improvements such as roofing, siding, and masonry. You will be specially trained by top sales professionals at our company that will teach you to sell in-home roofing & siding projects, and shortly thereafter to be your own project manager on these same projects. You will sell home improvements, manage your own projects, and have a full staff of sales and administrative professionals behind you to help you. Some understanding of roofing and siding or construction in general is a plus, but we have a full training program in place so if you are open to learn a great profession – Home Improvements – you just need to be eager to learn.
THIS IS A LONG TERM JOB! WE INVEST IN YOU, WE HOPE YOU STAY
JOB PAY:
- 2 weeks of paid training ($500/week), then $750/week base salary.
- On top of base salary + bonuses and commissions per sale of home improvement project
*(Average $60,000-$75,000 first year. $75,000-$100,000 year 2. And over $100k years 2+)
WHAT JOB ENTAILS:
- You will Drive to visit customers to sell roofing | siding | gutters projects
- Understand what their project needs are, and learn about how to price these projects
- Give customers an explanation of the work the job entails, tell them about our company, and explain that a proposal will be emailed over shortly
- Email our office a "Proposal Request", and the customer gets a proposal by email to sign
- Follow up with customer after the proposal is sent to try to sell the job!
- And eventually: be on-site at their home the day of the job to watch & help manage the project!

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid driver's license & car insurance
• Must have own car, to use to visit customers
• Must Live in Brooklyn, Queens, or the Bronx
• Willing to work hard – nights and weekends - and be ready to learn quickly
• Be tech-savy and good with smartphones & computers for proposals and emails
• Fluent in English & Well-Spoken. Write Professionally too is important!
• Willing to travel to all 5 boroughs (and Long Island on occasion)
• No roofing or construction experience needed! (experience is just a plus)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Meet with customers for estimates
• Visit project sites during installations
• Drive own vehicle to customer locations
• Meet with customer to discuss project details
• Report to main office & managers
