Sales Representative

Just Case USA is looking for a highly self-motivated sales rep to join our marketing/Sales team. The ideal candidate is a self- starter, diligent with details, has a strong work ethic and is driven by meeting and exceeding aggressive sales objective.

Responsibilities:

• Generating sales through cold calling, networking, and appointment setting
• Developing cold calling stamina and becoming a hunter; prospecting key decision makers and leads
• Meet and exceed established sales objectives
• Participate in sales meetings

• High comfort level making cold calls
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Has a competitive spirit
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and “do what it takes” startup culture
• Unfazed by rejection
• Coachable, eager to learn
• Great at building rapport and establishing relationships

• Computer literate skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Experience in the beauty industry

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
