Job Responsibilities

• Absorb and retain Product Knowledge
• Introducing products and services to customers
• Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
• Customer Retention and Follow Up
• Engaging in office-based training meetings (leadership, management, business development, etc. )
• Meet weekly, monthly and annual goals for sales and customer satisfaction,
• Analyze and set personal and departmental performance goals designed to improve customer satisfaction. Assist management in coming up with attractive incentives and rewards for superior performance.
• Representing our clients with professionalism, integrity and positive energy
• Make a positive contribution to our vibrant team and company culture

 

Our marketing and sales department receives hands-on training from experienced professionals. Our entry-level team members will be trained on how to represent our clients professionally while learning all aspects of the business from the ground up.
