About the job:
 

All full time LED lighting Sales Professionals will earn a base pay salary plus uncapped commission potential.
(Our top sales professionals earn 100k+)
 

We'll give you all the tools you need for success – paid training, technology training, dynamic scripting, and expert coaching.
 

- Sales professional role will include:

• Lead generation through networking, email, telephone, prospect database creation and cold calling lighting companies
• Closing leads and managing/growing accounts
• Regularly updating and maintaining sales pipeline
• Developing relationships with manufacturer partners, clients and associates
• Specifying products: Focus on solution-selling and make recommendations to create value utilizing both lighting and controls solutions,
• Receiving purchase orders and following appropriate procedures for processing shipments from origin to destination
• Relaying tracking information and providing logistic solutions to clients
• Consistent learning of LED lighting technology and utility programs

• Strong communication skills (especially on the phone and via email)
