Sales Associate

We’re seeking an individual who will embody the heart and soul of the Fort Worth Stockyards while caring deeply about our brand and community – someone who acts as an extension of our mission, values, and culture. This person is driven to create meaningful experiences for our guests, and community while simultaneously driving sales to ensure our success. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Logistics/Stockroom

• Assist in processing shipment
• Learn product and vendors
• Stockroom organization under direction of store leaders
• Upholds merchandising standards and understands impact on the experience
• Partners with leadership team to relay customer product requests
• Understands multi-channel business and tools where applicable

Guest Experience

• Demonstrates exceptional service contributing to an environment of genuine customer engagement
• Enhances every customer’s experience through organic interaction and communication
• Acts as a brand ambassador reflective of the company values and aesthetic
• Promotes attractions and events in the Stockyards through staying current on Stockyards calendar through partnership with store leaders and posted communication
• Actively shares product knowledge with customers demonstrating awareness of current trends

 Operations

• Ensures compliance with orders, shipment, transfers, returns and markdowns
• Possess knowledge of relevant KPIs, store initiatives, and goals in partnership with store leaders
• Partners with leaders and team to achieve goals
• Assists leadership team in opening and closing procedures
• Efficiently and accurately process transactions at POS
• Upholds all Company policy and procedures.
