RPA Developer

This position will serve as the lead RPA developer, working closely with LOBs and IT Ops to effectively design, develop, and deploy automations based on business requirements. They will manage any escalated issues or risks and will serve as the primary interface with the Automation Architect and Technology Lead.

• Lead design, development, and configuration of bots and IA connector components based on business requirements
• Act as a resource to provide IA subject matter expertise in and outside of Pod, as needed
• Lead RPA design, test, implementation and training
• Partner with process analysts and technical leadership to provide input to the automation opportunities in terms of potential solution design and level of effort
• Report status, issues, risks, and potential gaps to the team on a regular basis
• Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution for escalations as required
• Identify opportunities for the industrialization of processes

Work Hours:
8:00 AM. to 5 PM Monday through Friday

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline
• 2-3 years experience working with at least one of the top 3 RPA platforms (UiPath, BluePrism or Automation Anywhere)
• Ability to understand a current state business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize a future state in an automated solution
• Strong proficiency in reading Microsoft Visio or other equivalent process flow-charting tool
• Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss solution designs with a non-technical audience
• Project management skills including but not limited to UAT’s, managing scope creep, and oversight of business process design/modeling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving and logic-based reasoning skills
• Ability to work in an agile environment
