Responsibilities: • Support the integration of technology within the business, develop best practices to drive consistency of adoption and use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools. • Facilitatate acceptance of IT architecture and infrastructure support. • Provide input on the software implementation and configuration in company's environment; coordinate with IT for specific policies that may be required for executing RPA software in production. • Assist with vendor and IT coordination in support of RPA environment. • Assist and partner with IT, vendors, and business partners on infrastructure expansion for the RPA platform and upgrades as required. • Support the automation journey as the adoption process journeys from ideation through automation UAT and then go-live. • Support the new automation request intake process and work with user community to ensure the ability to make a decision on requests. • Assist program leadership in establishing and evaluating infrastructure capacity management approach, in conjunction with IT. • Troubleshoot installation issues of AA clients and control rooms. • Work with automation developer community to review bot for compliance with technology standards, guidelines, leading practices, security, and risk management in accordance with technology group guidelines and processes. • Review process and automation requirements to evaluate automation opportunities as they pertain to fit and level of effort. • Support the communication and implementation strategy throughout the user and developer community to ensure RPA system requirements and concepts are understood • Perform RPA demos to illustrate automation capabilities to business users. • Support the identification, evaluation scripting of RPA automation opportunities • Review bot for compliance with technology group standards, guidelines, leading practices, security, and risk management. • Track and communicate automation benefits to Executives. Requirements • Bachelor's degree is mandatory, Master's degree preferred. • Strong balance of technical RPA experience and knowledge as well as the business acumen to support the management of technology. • Minimum 6 years professional technology leadership experience. • Knowledge of RPA technologies and associated tools like Automation Anywhere, OpenSpan, Uipath, Blue Prism. • Agile methodology. • Reporting and systems delivery experience. • Software development or Systems Delivery management experience required
