Rotating Shift Production Supervisor

Rotating Shift Production Supervisor – Metals Rolling Mill - Starting base salary: $75-85K + Bonus; Comprehensive benefits package and relocation is being offered. Need rotating shift supervisor Metals Rolling and Fabrication Mill. Will be responsible for overseeing and scheduling production, training, budgets, cost control, quality, productivity improvement and employee empowerment for a team of production operators. Will work rotating shifts, 8 hours and rotate every week, most weekends off. Will report directly to the Production Manager and will be actively involved in daily decision making.

Degree is a plus but not required. 1-2+ years experience as a Production Supervisor in a primary metals manufacturing environment. Prefer metals melting, casting & rolling experience. Will consider heavy industrial manufacturing environment such as Refinery, Industrial Chemicals, Pulp & Paper, ect. Must be willing to work rotating shifts. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, SAP, or similar experience would be a plus.
