Roofing Sales Opportunity:

We are looking for experienced Roofing Independent Sales Reps to prospect and develop roofing sales in the Tampa Bay FL area. Pay is commission based with uncapped pay potential. Commission is based on production starting at $20/square.

Independent Sales Reps can expect to earn 130K-225K annually.

 

Duties will include:

  • Develop leads through personal marketing in conjunction with company marketing plans
  • Meet with Clients
  • Inspect roofs and property to determine the scope of damage and need for repair.
  • Work with insurance companies and adjusters as required.
  • Assist customers in selecting materials and colors used for the job.
  • Develop referrals and generate positive reviews.

 

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 Years of Experience: One year of related sales experience
  • Language Skills: Must speak English fluently.
  • Driver License: Required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Responsibilities

Salesperson is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a client base of customers for the commercial division.

  • Develop new and manage existing accounts in customer base.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Provide constant communication and promote services provided by company.
  • Consult and specify roofing systems to meet customer needs in compliance with industry standards.
  • Create leads for reroof and service work through cold calling, referrals, service hand-off, account management, and networking.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM system daily for the management of accounts, scheduling, proposal development, and recording of sales-related activity (cold calls, inspections, on-site customer meetings, and pipeline)
  • Estimate and tech existing roof conditions including proper core cuts when applicable.
  • Provide operations team with necessary information and support for success of the project.

 

Benefits and compensation:

  • Sales Representatives are hired as independent contractors and are paid a commission on each project completed.
  • Average Independent Sales Reps with a full sales pipeline can expect to earn between $130k-$225k annually.
