Senior living community in Lexington, VA is seeking a MDS Nurse for the healthcare center. This is a full-time position offering benefits in a mission based workplace. RN MDS Coordinator qualifications include:

RN, Active State of Virginia or compact state
Minimum 3 years of recent experience in MDS role(s)
Comfort with technology and electronic health records
