ONE YEAR REGISTERED NURSE EXPERIENCE IN ACUTE CARE OR LONG TERM CARE SETTING
REQUIRED PREVIOUS HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE PREFERRED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER
(CPR) CERTIFICATION WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF START DATE IN POSITION/DEPARTMENT
PRIVATE VEHICLE FOR TRANSPORTATION DURING ASSIGNED WORKING HOURS
CURRENT PENNSYLVANIA DRIVER'S LICENSE AND AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE REQUIRED
PARTICIPATES IN DEPARTMENT ON CALL SCHEDULE
