• Polished presentation skills in front of large groups
•  Flexible with ability to work in a fast paced environment
•  Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to quickly generate and initiate creative solutions to problems

Retail Strategy Manager duties:

•  Encourage the development and maintenance of productive relationships between account and brand managers and ISS team members
• Build relationships with priority accounts to fully understand and strategize needs and opportunities to support improved sell thru.
• Direct team priorities to support optimal customer relationships and maximum sell-thru in and Premium Sun
   
• Provide intelligence to Account Management teams to deliver customer expectations and to identify opportunities to improve and grow the business
• Manage 3rd Party Contract and resources to meet the changing needs of the business
