The role is mostly CV editing (Not CV rewriting from scratch) - line edits and switching order or the selection of content. What we have is volume of orders, a team of likeminded people and complete freedom - - no requirements to do any phone calls with customers.

Requirements:

• Either several years of recruiting/hiring experience with native-level written English and/or outstanding English writing qualifications for example an MA in Creative Writing or a similar degree that has been completed or is in progress.
• Comfortable with a small, remote team environment.
• Interested in this workflow and level of pay.
• Helpful, but not required: Past experience working with customers via email.

Benefits:

• USD 25 per CV Edit. This is light editing - line editing - so it much less time-consuming. The average time spent by our team on CV edits is about 45 minutes.
• USD 30 per CV Edit that requires rewriting.
• High work flexibility - half-time or flexible time position rather than full-time - If desire 1 order or 4 orders per day we can adjust.
• Fully remote and no requirements to do any phone calls with customers.
• Orders need to start within 3 business days, so have full freedom of schedule.
• Growth opportunities - We are rolling out higher-end products in the coming months in which the pay per order will be higher and existing editors will have the opportunity to work on them.
• Low time-intensity so ability to work on other things like other jobs or their writing (if they are a writer).
• We may go to full-on cv writing in the future and for that, the payment will be higher.
