The Restaurant Manager is a business partner accountable for leading the Restaurant Associate team to deliver operational and financial standards on scheduled shifts as well as building a well cross trained staff within the Restaurant.
The Restaurant Manager will partner directly with his/her General Manager and will receive market level support from his/her Human Resource Manager and Field Training Manager / Coordinator to meet the business and strategic objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities
Manage shifts ensuring great service and financial controls
Ensure food is properly stored and prepared in regard to food safety regulations and recipe adherence
Ensure service, hospitality, accuracy and speed standards are achieved
Execute shift labor management and labor scheduling components of the Labor Scheduling System
Ensure accurate inventory levels through accurate ordering “case averages”
Maintain strict compliance with health, safety and security standards and procedures
Train, coach and inspire Associates to deliver exceptional service, food and environment to the Guest
Demonstrate effective decision making and problem solving skills
Lead by Example
Authority to hire, discipline and terminate associates

Position starts training in January with training schedule lasting 6- 8 weeks. During this time, must be able to travel to training location and other restaurants. Travel distance will be up to 3 hours away. Must be able to stay overnight for training. Training days and times will vary weekly.
