Regents Renovation Company is an Atlanta based award-winning residential design-build firm, specializing in distinct new homes, custom renovations, and unique one of a kind projects. Having completed over 1,000 projects, we are one of the Southeast’s premier design-build firms.
 

We are currently hiring for Residential Project Manager in a full time, direct hire role.  This role will oversee all aspects of diverse residential projects from pre-construction to the finished structure. The Residential Project Manager will interact with clients, manage schedules and budgets, ensure safe execution of fieldwork, and deliver quality work products as defined by the company, its clients, and regulatory agencies. An ideal candidate will have an analytical mind, great organizational skills, and a great eye detail to be a key player in creating spaces that elevate our client's homes.
 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple projects in various phases of development.
• Delegating work and assignments to the construction workers, laborers, and/or third-party vendors based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
• Onboarding construction workers and laborers to company standards and protocols by providing leadership, direction, and technical guidance on projects.
• Conducting site checks to monitor progress and quality. As well as ensuring projects are completed within scope. Ensuring that work is generally proceeding in a good and workmanlike manner and in general accordance with the approved drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Leading all aspects and phases of a project from conceptual design to final completion in support of Regents’ level of quality.
• Managing and verifying compliance with permit requirements.
• Assisting with material procurement to include keeping track of inventory and equipment. Ensuring supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule.
• Handling some administrative task while managing construction projects. 

You will be successful if you:

• Are highly organized with the ability to plan ahead and multitask numerous simultaneous projects.
• Cultivate and maintain a strong relationship with current and potential clients by possessing excellent customer service.
• Can deal with multiple personality types in complex and highly emotional situations involving the client’s personal tastes and desires while protecting the integrity of the design, cost, and our brand.
• Are able and willing to self-perform work and transport materials should it be required.
• Have a commitment to delivering outstanding service to high end clientele.

You must have:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing residential renovations specifically high-end custom builds.
• Proven ability managing multisite construction teams and provide guidance when needed.
• Working knowledge of custom construction work, specifically build requirements and finishing skills.
• A strong developed skill to identify, track, and manage project risk.
• The ability and willingness to do some self-perform work (framing, drywall, etc.) should it be required.
• Strong communication skills including fluency in Spanish.
