Residential Carpenter

Carpenter – Residential Construction Marin County

Looking to hire experienced Carpenter for high end-home remodeling projects in Marin and Sonoma County. These projects are from foundation to finish.
 

Position is year-round, intended to be long term, with medical and paid time off. If you feel you have the experience, and right attributes to contribute please respond to job post with a written resume of qualifications, job experience, and references.

Compensation: by the hour depending on qualifications
Employment type: Full-time, Medical, Time-Off

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in foundation, framing, door installation, casework, molding, paneling, hardware structures and finish carpentry; new construction, large construction and/or remodeling projects
• Proficient in reading plans, layouts, setting up and leading projects
• Ability to work diligently and to pay attention to details
• Able to do physical work, lift more than 25-50 lbs, and work in safely manner according company guidelines
• Must be proactive, punctual, reliable, and responsible
• Strong leadership and good communication skills
• Must have a good attitude / work ethic and be able to work well with others or alone.

Minimum Requirements include:

• At least 5 years of experience in carpentry work
• Required clean DMV record, legal authorization to work on US, no criminal record and absolutely drug free.
• Have reliable transportation, be willing to go to job sites in Marin County and Sonoma County
• Have all necessary tools to perform as a rough and finish carpenter
