As a Resident Assistant you will have the pleasure of providing services to our seniors on a daily basis. This includes anything from shower assistance, to serving them lunch in their beautiful dining room.
Carson Valley Senior Living is a 24 hour operation so we expect our team members to be reliable and responsible at all times, maintaining an acceptable attendance record. Our residents count on each and everyone of us to make their lives a little better each and everyday.
Team members will perform resident care with an awareness of dignity and individuality, with understanding and concern. We require that you utilize your time appropriately and that you set priorities and accomplish assigned tasks in a timely manner. Team members will require minimal supervision and be a self - starter, displaying mature behavior and attitude while supporting the philosophy and approach to care used by the community.
We are quests here at Carson Valley Senior Living and when you are a team member with us you are required to keep resident information confidential; and respect resident’s rights.
We expect team members to work cooperatively with supervisors and display willingness to assist co-workers and have the ability and willingness to learn quickly.
