Remote Contractor - Recruiter

MKT Staffing is seeking an Independent Recruiter to interview new talent and place sales professionals for full-time direct hire roles. This contract role pays per hire and allows you to work from home, and make your own office hours. The position also requires you to be a self-starter with great communication skills.

A successful Contract Recruiter will have experience with outbound calling in Recruiting, Sales, or Customer Service. A successful Contractor will be responsible for working on their own and using their own technology and equipment. An Independent Recruiter with access to their own pool of candidates is preferred. You must have the ability to hunt for talent on-line to recruit and hire for MKT  (additional candidate pool may be provided to you). 
 

We are looking for an Independent Recruiter who has the ability to review resumes, identify talent, and interview remotely. We are looking for an individual with skills to find top talent, across the United States. Basic computer skills and phone etiquette is a MUST. 

Pay Structure:
This contract position allows you the autonomy to choose how much you will be paid! If you are money motivated, you will do well and you will earn competitive pay. A successful  Independent Recruiter in this role can make between $4,000 to $5,000 per month working from home and must complete a form W-9 upon hire with their assigned company or tax payer identification number included.

This position is Remote / Contract therefore, health benefits or paid time off are not provided.
