Regional Seed Sales Manager

A reputable Ag Retailer is currently seeking a dedicated Seed Manager with a proven track record of success in retail agronomy sales. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting and mentoring their team across various territories, including Colorado's Yuma area and its surrounding regions.
 

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of agronomy sales professionals, fostering a culture of success and achievement.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive seed sales growth and expand market presence in the designated territories.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Travel extensively to visit team members in different territories, providing support, training, and coaching as needed.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and performance improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners to enhance brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in retail agronomy sales, with experience in seed sales preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities with the desire to mentor and develop others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members and customers.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territories.
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field is preferred.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving sales growth and exceeding targets.

Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year plus bonus
