Regional Sales Manager (West Coast-Remote)

• Provide direction and support up to 15 sales team members, along with the education and example needed in order to help guarantee their success.
• Work with our leadership team as well as our sales team in analyzing sales performance to develop ambitious yet attainable sales goals for the current fiscal year.
• Educate yourself on our entire portfolio of products so as to become a resource of information for both our staff and our clients.
• Prospect and close your own deals.
• Present quarterly reports to our leadership team detailing the sales team's progression towards annual goals.
• Other duties as assigned
   

• Associates degree in business-related field
• BLS Certification (CPR for Healthcare) upon hire
• 2 years of experience in client facing role, preferably sales
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications as well as email
• Demonstrated leadership skills
   

• Bachelors degree in business
• At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Prior experience in digital marketing
• Prior experience in healthcare sales/marketing
