Basic Skills/Responsibilities Needed:

• Develop maintain and execute a detailed Marketing and Sales plan.
• Ability to optimize census, financial results, and resident satisfaction.
• Manage and supervise the entire Marketing and sales staff.
• Plan, coordinate and participate in promotional activities and community events.

Required Work Experience:

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Marketing Director in a skilled nursing facility.
