The territory coverage will consist of North Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Mississippi. The candidate needs to live in the territory, with easy access to site and will actively promote Basler Power System Group solutions to major industrial end users, integrators, distributors, engineers and specifiers. The Territory Manager must excel in sales leadership with a strong technical background, drive revenue with key end users, influencers and market channels and effectively articulate the value of partnering with Basler. This position spearheads customer engagement and successfully coordinates with Basler Application Engineers and Application Specialists to provide technical expertise.
An ideal candidate will have strong industrial and channel experience; a responsive self-starter that fosters long-term customer relationships, recognizes the motivations of major accounts, and capitalizes on understanding the customer’s needs. The Territory Manager manages a robust sales pipeline, drive results and fully utilizes CRM and MS Office tools proficiently. A bachelor’s degree is required. The position includes travel up to 50% in the assigned territory.
