Responsibilities
- Oversee 3 ABA centers in the Phoenix market.
- Experience managing P&L, and billing utilization goals.
- Oversee hiring, training and onboarding initiatives between your centers.
- Routine site visits, including trainings, meetings and audits.
- Support Clinical Directors, ABA Staff, and Client Families.
Qualifications
Required
- BCBA or BCBA-D
- 2+ Years Experience as Clinical Director or Similar role.
- LBA in Arizona
Compensation
- $100K - 120K
- Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401K)
