Pay Rate: Generous Base + Commission
• Commission: (Hiring Manager will discuss commission during interview)
• Car Allowance: paid monthly
Hours: Fulltime | Monday – Friday

Important to Know:
• Outside Sales Position (This is an individual contributor role)
• This is a “Hunter” role
o Company uses Salesforce for their territory lists
• Coverage: Will cover the Mid-West Territory (Nebraska, Missouri, and Iowa)
o Candidate will be able to create their territory from scratch, build on their own, and have a lot of room for growth
• Travel: Road Warrior for this role (more so than flying) = Up to 50% traveling
• Outreach: They will mainly reach out to the CNO or CEO
• Candidates MUST have experience selling into rural acute care markets
• This role will be calling on Critical Access Rural Hospitals (<25 beds), Skilled Nursing (<100 beds)
Ideal Candidate:
• 6+ years of Sales experience in Healthcare
• Must be willing to travel 50% (with frequent overnight)
• Solution Selling experience – Provider Services experience (building virtual practice is a plus)
• Professional with a strong work ethic, service mentality, and intelligent behavior to bring to their culture
• Produced digital services / healthcare of large provider healthcare company, or mid acute space
• Great contacts in Rural Markets
• Knowledge and experience selling multi-practice

Company’s goal is to improve the quality of on-site care in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC), & Acute Care Hospitals.
Job Summary: With the significant growth and expansion of our company, we’re hiring Regional Account Managers to call on Critical Access Hospitals, Rural Acute Hospitals and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
The primary responsibilities are to identify, cultivate, and secure new contracts with the senior leadership of leadership of acute care hospitals and rural critical access hospitals across a multi-state territory. For an individual to be successful they must remain focused on continued pursuit of a large pipeline of prospective customers. Performance will be evaluated on achieving the organization’s revenue and margin goals while growing market share.
Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and nurture forward-thinking relationships with senior level C-Suite and VP level executives to identify clinical needs and build customized telemedicine programs to meet their hospitals goals.
• Navigate complex sales cycles focused on multi-site hospital programs.
• Cold call, email, conduct face to face and virtual sales presentations to close a high-volume sales pipeline.
• Creatively negotiate pricing structures to meet the needs of the client while maximizing revenue and sustaining profit margins parameters.
• Utilize a CRM platform to promote detailed sales pipeline and KPI tracking for data reporting.
Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience in selling B2B services/products to acute care senior executives.
• A proven track record of negotiating and winning multi-million-dollar high margin contracts.
• Goal oriented and organized with a strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently operate in self-motivated professional environment.
• 10+ years of CRM experience.
• Frequent travel for client meetings.
• B.S degree required; masters preferred.
