Recruiter

Recruiter will be working closely with the HR dept to develop and implement a recruiting plan to source top talent. 

• Hands-on recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified marketing and sales personnel for various positions
• Document and maintain all candidate information in the system
• Delivering top-notch customer service to candidates, field employees, and client companies alike

• Recruiter must have previous recruiting experience specifically with marketing and sales personnel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and telephone sales skills.
• Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.
• Must be computer literate and have proficiency with MS Office.
