Job Description:

The Recruiter  will help facilitate aspects of the  US IT Staffing for Full time roles.
The Recruiter will assist with finding USC or GC Resources for the given Full time Roles .
A qualified candidate requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the willingness to negotiate and close deals.
 

Skills and experience we value:

• Four-year degree along with 2-4 years of sourcing experience with successful track records in staffing industry, software & technology
• Self-motivated with prior successful experience in complex sales of an intangible service
• Staffing industry background, preferably at a level commensurate with position
• Verifiable sales results – commission statement and sales production
• Outgoing, articulate professional, with solid organizational and time management skills, persuasiveness, problem-solving skills, strong negotiating skills, and business writing ability.
